My senior thesis was somewhat of a passion project. Anyone who knows me knows I love bagels, which could have something to do with my first job being at my hometown bagel shop. Of course, west coast bagels aren’t exactly a new phenomenon. But as a California native and someone with experience working in the bagel industry, I figured why not create my own bagel shop?
Introducing Goldie’s, a new chain of community bagel shops with a west coast flair and a goal of introducing Calfifornia-style bagels on a national level.
